摘要
在改进的CTAB提取法基础上,结合总RNA的LiCl沉淀法,摸索出了一套适合苹果组织总RNA提取和纯化的方法。该方法得到的苹果总RNA完整性好,纯度和得率高,且成本低,容易操作。解决了RNA易降解以及木本植物组织中多酚和多糖含量高导致的在提取过程中RNA被氧化和共沉淀从而导致RNA产率低的问题。
Based on the improvement of CTAB extraction method, and combining the LiCL precipitation methed of total RNA, a set of method suitable for apple tatol RNA extraction and purification was built, which was simple and low-cost, and the total RNA received with high-quality and high-quantity. The problems of RNA degradation and low yield of RNA attributed to oxidation by polyphenol and coprecipitation with polysaccharides were solved.
