摘要
解除钻井液损害的射孔和储层改造设计的重要依据是钻井液损害储层深度资料。而取得该资料的现有办法具有实验周期长、需大量天然岩心的缺点。根据大量实验的研究结果,建立了用现场易得的钻井液性能资料(流变性能、API滤失量和固相含量)、储层资料(孔隙度、渗透率及温度)及工况条件资料(液柱压差、环空返速、浸泡时间)预测钻井液完井液损害储层深度模型。使用该模型,不需要繁杂的岩心流动实验,就可用现场资料快速、较准确地预测钻井液完井液损害储层深度。
The formation damage depth data is very important for determination of perforation depth and other operations for removal of formation damage. The conventional predicting method in terms of core flow test is time consuming and inconvenient, and needs of lots of natural cores. A new method is presented based on the data easily available on field, and the data are drilling fluid performance (rheological property, API water loss and solids content ), formation data (porosity, permeability and temperature) and operation conditions (fluid column differential, shear rate, soak time of drilling fluid and completion fluid). This model is convenient and accurate for fast prediction of formation damage depth.
