摘要
为了掌握完井液中的固相颗粒侵入储层的深度,评价储层损害,进行完井液体系的设计,文中对不同完井液在不同条件下流出岩样末端的固相颗粒含量进行了测定。根据测定值进行多元回归处理得到了完井液中固相颗粒侵入储层最大深度的数学模型。实验结果表明,用此模型计算完井液中固相颗粒侵入储层的深度值与实测值之间的吻合性较好,并且该模型中各参数容易得到,可以推广使用。同时,还对完井液中固相颗粒含量和固相颗粒粒径分布、储层岩石物性、完井液液柱压力和地层孔隙压力之差等影响固相颗粒侵入储层深度的各种因素进行了较系统的讨论。
To understand the invasion depth of solid particles into reservoir , the solid content at the end of sample in core flowing test is determined . Based on the above results and regressive method , a mathematical model to predict the invasion depth of solid particles is given . It is shown that the calculated value is accordance with test value . Parameters in this model can be easily determined . For low permeable reservoir , damage due to solid invasion is lower compared with filtrate . For medium and high permeable reservoir , damage due to solid invasion is relative high .
