摘要
针对传统水平段钻井液在应用中存在的振动筛跑浆和破胶难等问题,通过实验研究出了一种快速弱凝胶体系—HWRD钻井液,可有效地控制固液相对储层的侵入深度,最大限度地减少对储层的损害。通过对绥中36-1油田数口水平井段的现场应用,不但提高了油田的产油量,而且改善了开发效果,对今后的水平段井的钻井工作中具有一定的应用前景。
As for the problems existed in the application of traditional drilling fluid in horizontal section, including shale shaker slurry flowing away and waste and difficult viscosity break, a new type of weak gel system,HWRD drilling fluid is developed by experimental study, which can effectively control invasion depth of solid and liquid phase to reservoir, utmost reduce the damage to reservoir. Through the site application in horizontal sections of Suizhong 36-1 oilfield, oil production of the oilfield is increased and development effect is improved. It has applied prospect in horizontal section drilling in the future.
