摘要 双语教学工作,是加快我国高等教育国际化进程的需要,通过对食品酶学双语教学的研究,从规范教材选择、教学多种模式、教学试验设计及教师素质等几个方面进行了一系列的改革与实践,提高了我校双语教学水平和质量。顺应了广东省积极创建"学习型"、"高新技术型"城市、坚持走在改革开放的前沿、创建国际化大都市的需要。 Bilingual teaching was to accelerate the internationalization process of our higher education. A series of reform and practice of Food Enzymology were carried out, including the research of bilingual teaching, textbook selection, teaching from the standard variety of mode, teaching experimental design and the quality of teachers and so on several as- pects. The level and quality of bilingual teaching in our university was improved. Bilingual teaching was the need of actively creating "learning" and "high - teeh" city in Guangdong Province, walking in the forefront of reform and opening up, and building international metropolis.
