摘要
对技术应用型本科《食品酶学》课程进行了教学改革探索与实践,优化了教学内容,采用启发式教学方法,改进了考核方式。不仅注重传授学生专业知识,更注重传授学习的方法,有利于改善教学效果,提高学生的能力和综合素质。
Some exploration and practice were made in Ihe teaching reform of technological application type undergraduate course "food enzymology", teaching content was optimized, the heuristic teaching method was adopted and the test mode was improved. We not only paid attention to imparting specialty knowledge to the students but also paid more attention to impart learning methods to the students. It was benefieiaf to improving the teaching effects and promoting both the ability and the comprehensive quality of the students.
