摘要
在建立板坯连铸凝固传热模型的基础上,通过模拟涟钢210转炉厂现行和拟调整的结晶器冷却制度,比较不同结晶器冷却水量对板坯质量影响。结果表明,涟钢210转炉厂结晶器弱冷却有下调空间,结晶器冷却水量为4000/380L/min时,铸坯角部裂纹发生率最小。
Based on the mathematical model of heat transfer in the slab continuous casting process,the paper investigates the influence of different amounts of mould cooling water on slab quality by simulating the existing primary cooling system of Lianyuan 210 LD Converters and the to-be-adjusted primary cooling system.The results show that,the primary soft cooling of Lianyuan 210 LD Converters has down-regulation space and the rate of corner cracks of casting slab is the least when the amount of mould cooling water is 4000/380 L/min.
