摘要
本文探讨了参考咨询质量评价体系的构建问题,在提出主客体指标体系的基础上辅以实证研究,以期为参考咨询质量评价的健康发展提供若干思路。
This article discusses the subject on the construction of quality assessment system of reference service, and on the base of putting forward the index system of main body and object, the case research is applied to offer some countermeasures.
