摘要
学分制教学管理是高等教育遵循"以人为本"理念的内在要求,也是高校回应当前社会对人才培养多样化需求的必然选择。但由于长期疏离学分制,目前中国高校尤其是地方高校进行学分制改革面临着理念束缚、制度障碍、资源匮乏等诸多方面的困境。对这些因素进行分析,并以晓庄学院为例从"以人为本"教育理念的引领、刚柔相济的教学制度建设和优质多元的课程开发等3个方面,探讨了当前地方高校深化学分制改革的现实路径。
Credit system teaching administration is the internal requirement with which higher education observes the concept of "people-oriented" and the inevitable choice of colleges and universities in response to the requirement that the present society expects a diversification on fostering intellectuals. But due to the long-term isolation ~om credit system, presently Chinese colleges and universities, particularly the local ones, are facing the dilemma of concepts being restrained, obstacles of regulations and being lack of resources. This essay has analyzed these elements, and taking the case of hunan normal university as an example, has explored the practical routes of local colleges and universities' deepening credit system reform from the three aspects of being led by the concept of "people-oriented", the construction of proper teaching system, and advanced, diversified program developing.
