摘要
由于社会制度和文化背景的不同,中美两国在教育管理模式、人才培养、质量控制等方面均存在较大差异。根据在美国培训学习的切身体会,对比我国的高等教育,美国高等教育的管理模式更社会化,人才培养更个性化、质量控制更多元化。美国高等教育并非完美,也有一些弊端和问题,如何取其精华去其糟粕是值得我们思考的。
Due to different social systems and cultural backgrounds,there are great distinctions between China and the United States in educational management models,talent training,and quality control,etc.According to the authors'personal experience of training and learning in the United States,this paper finds that the management model of American higher education is more socialized,the talent training is more individualized,and the quality control is more diversified.However,American higher education is not perfect.There are some drawbacks and problems in it.Hence,how to take its essence and discard its dross is worth our thinking.
