摘要
多样化分类发展是高等教育大众化发展阶段的重要特征。我国高等教育实现转型发展,就是要实现多样化分类发展的目标。制约我国高等教育实现转型的根本性原因是转型发展的制度缺失,这是我国当前实现高等教育转型发展亟应破解的制度障碍。
The development of diversified classification is an important stage feature of higher educa-tion massification,which is also the aim of the transformational development of China’s higher education. The lack of corresponding systems is the major barrier to the target and the barrier needs to be broken quickly.
