摘要
经过几十年的发展,在借鉴国外经验的基础上,我国高校开设的工商管理专业在人才培养途径和模式方面都已具有了一定本国特点,但与有着较长历史和实践经验的国外高校比,我们的课程体系设置、培养目标的设定、教学方式和方法等都存在一定的不足。通过将我国现行的课程体系及教学方法进行全面细致的分析,找出存在的不足,试图创建一个科学合理的课程体系和实践教学方案,为培养适用型人才提供借鉴。
After decades development,on the basis of the experience from abroad,combining with china characteristic,has achieved some success,but compared with foreign relatively perfect educational model,our business management specialty have some insufficient in training goal,courses,teaching way and method.This paper will present comprehensive and detailed analysis on course system and teaching methods,find out the inadequacy,try to create a scientific and reasonable course system and practical teaching scheme,to provide reference for talent training.
