摘要 基于感性工学理论,从消费者的角度对轿车前脸造型的感觉特性进行研究。首先通过眼动实验获取关键的造型特征并运用种属分析法结合坐标标注对其进行表示,运用绘图软件Rhinoceros 4.0绘制32张轿车图片,结合调查得到的造型感觉意象建立轿车前脸造型感性评价量表;其次,通过问卷调查获取消费者对不同造型的感性评价数据,应用神经网络算法建立用户偏好与感性评价词关系模型,以及用户偏好与设计变量关系模型;最后,应用遗传算法进行造型的优化,并验证了模型的有效性。 Feeling preference of the shape of automobile face was studied from the point of consumer's view based on Kansei engineering. First, the key form Features were extracted according to the results of eye tracking experiment and then expressed combined with the method of species analysis and ordinate labeling. Kansei preference evaluate scale of the shape of automobile face were established consist of 32 sample pictures of cars drawn with software Rhinoceros 4. 0 and styling feeling image obtained by the way of investigatiom second, constructed a neural network model of user preferences and kansei words, user preferences and design variables respectively using the data of kansei evaluation of different shape obtained by questionnaire survey. Finally, genetic algorithm was used for the optimization of model, and the effectiveness of model was verified.
