摘要
将基因工程的思想用于产品的结构设计 ,将“特征”看作是产品结构信息的“DNA”,通过研究父部件与子部件之间尺寸特征和形状特征的继承关系及零、部件的结构变异 ,揭示了“特征”这种信息流在产品树中的传播规律 ,在此基础上提出了一种基于基因工程思想的产品建模方法。这一理论已在工作站上编程验证。
The idea of the genetic engineering is applied to the product embodiment design. Features are regarded as “DNA” of the product structure information. The inheritance relations among the parent part and its child parts were studied. The structure mutation of the parts was also studied. The propagation laws of the features as an information stream in the product tree are revealed. A method for building product model based on the idea of genetic engineering was presented. This theory has been tested on a workstation by programming.
