摘要
科技创新是科技进步的源泉,是科技发展的动力。在科技发展进程中,科技创新为其创造了坚实的发展基础和持续的保障。科技发展需要科技创新提供动力,科技创新需要知识创新为后盾,因此,知识创新是科技发展之根本。以知识创新促进科技发展,首先要提高思想认识,加强自主创新;其次要整合技术知识,占领高端领域;再次要构建管理系统,激励技术创新。以此促进科技不断发展进步。
Technological innovation is the source of scientific and technological progress, is the driving force for technological development. In the course of technology development, the innovation of science and technology has creating a solid foundation for the developmen. The development of science and technology need power to be provid- ed by innovation of science and technology, science and technology innovation needs the knowledge innovation as the backing. Therefore, knowledge innovation is the root of the development of science and technology. To promote de- velopment of science and technology depending on knowledge innovation, firstly, are supposed to improve the awareness of knowledge innovation, and strengthen independent innovation. Secondly, should integrate technical ex- pertise to occupy the area. And then, should construct the management system to incentive technology innovation. Only by these measures can the science and technology get progress and continuous development.
