摘要
目的探讨中医正骨手法治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床效果。方法回顾性总结笔者所在医院2006年3月～2011年10月,用中医正骨手法整复,树脂石膏固定,配合功能锻炼等中医治疗桡骨远端伸直型骨折的临床资料。结果患者全部骨性愈合,优良率为91.02%。结论该方法简单经济,适用基层医院;并发症少,大大减少了腕管综合征的发生,避免了正中神经损伤的可能。
Objective To discuss the Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation in the treatment of distal radius extension type fracture. Methods Clinical data of the author＇s hospital in 2006 March to 2011 October of Chinese medicine bone-setting manipulation,resin,plaster fixation, combined with functional exercise and other traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of distal radius extension type fracture were reviewed and summarized. Results All patients＇ bony healed. The excellent and good rate was 91.02%. Conclusion The method is simple, economic, applicable to basic level hospital, fewer complications, greatly reduces the occurrence of carpal tunnel syndrome and avoid the median nerve injury.
