摘要
目的为了寻找一种稳定可靠，简单经济，成功率高的慢性肾功不全模型。方法：本实验采用甘油反复多次肌注制作慢性肾功不全模型。结果：造模后血尿素氮和肌酐水平持续升高。结论；镜下病理改变与人类慢性肾功不全相似。
Objective:To search for a stable and reliable,simple and economical method to set up chronic renal deficiency (CRD) model.Methods:Multiple muscular injection of glycerin.Result:After the formation of CRD model,the levels of blood urea nitrogen and creatinine nere progressively increased.Conclusion: The microscopic pathologic changes were similar to those of human being with CRD.
