肿瘤干细胞标记物在口腔颌面部鳞癌中的研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 口腔颌面部鳞状细胞癌大约占癌症死亡率的第6位。目前临床上主要以手术和放射疗法为主,但这些治疗手段仍然不够令人满意。肿瘤生物学研究进一步发现,肿瘤细胞中的一小部分具有干细胞的特性,具有无限增殖和自我更新的特性,即肿瘤干细胞,而其它肿瘤细胞不具有此特点。针对肿瘤干细胞的靶向治疗的研究尤为重要。口腔鳞状细胞癌研究也发现肿瘤干细胞的存在,研究主要集中在口腔鳞癌肿瘤干细胞表面标志物的识别和鉴定方面,例如标志物CD44和CD133等。这些研究对口腔鳞癌的治疗和预防都提供了可以预见的乐观前景。 Oral and maxillofacial squamous cell carcinoma in cancer mortality is the sixth. At present the most thera- pys are surgery and radiotherapy, but these treatments are still not good enough. Tumor biology research further found, a small part of the tumor cells has the characteristics of stem cells, these cells have infinite proliferation and update properties, that is cancer stem cells. The study about the targeted therapy for cancer stem cells is very important. Oral squamous cell carcinoma study also found the existence of the cancer stem cells. Research mainly focus on oral squa- mous cell ~carcinoma of the cancer stem cell surface markers, such as markers of CD44 and CD133.
