摘要
越来越多的研究显示,头颈部肿瘤干细胞很可能是头颈部肿瘤形成、复发、转移和耐药的根源。本文就头颈部肿瘤干细胞表面特异分子标志物,头颈部肿瘤干细胞的分选等研究进展作一综述。
Increasing data showed head and neck cancer stem cells were responsible for head and neck cancer on carcinogenesis, relapse, metastasis and drug resistance. The purpose of this review is to provide a summary on research progress of specific surface stem cell markers in head and neck cancer stem cells and their sorting.
