摘要
职业信仰是一个人信仰的集中体现,它使一个人的信仰与自己的职业联系在了一起,从而在职业中自觉地追求利己、利人和利群的高度统一。目前,部分高校教师出现职业信仰危机,这是高校教师群体核心价值观失落的表现。其原因是高校教师与外界的隔绝及自身的孤立,岗位的单调性与学生的难以认同,无法达到专才与通才的平衡。高校教师应从核心价值观建设入手,打造教师的职业使命感;重构教师的职业良知;唤醒教师的职业情感,从而重塑教师职业信仰。
Professional belief is the concentrated reflection of one's value, connecting the value with his vocation and driving him to pursue highly unified interests for himself, other people and a group. The professional belief crisis is now emerging among college teachers, which reflects the loss of the core value of teacher groups in higher educational institutions. It is caused by the isolation between teachers and the outside world, monotony of their position and loss of students' acknowledgement, and the imbalance between their intensive professional knowledge and general knowledge. To rebuild teachers' professional belief, starting with building the core value, teachers of higher educa- tional institutions shall forge a sense of professional mission, reconstruct teachers' vocational conscience, and awaken teachers' occupation affection.
