药食两用中药桑椹的研究进展 被引量:20

摘要 桑椹是一种中国沿用千年的传统中药,可药食两用。现代研究表明,桑椹中含有多酚、挥发油、多糖及氨基酸等化学成分。具有抗氧化、保护肝脏、降血脂、保护心脑血管系统、抗菌等药理作用,本资料就此查阅了近年来有关桑椹研究的文献,并对其进行综述。 Mulberry is a kind of traditional Chinese medicine. It was used to be food and medicine. Modern research shows that mulberry contains polyphenols, volatile oils, polysaccharides and amino acids and so on. It has the pharmacological effects of antioxidant, protecting the liver, lowering blood pressure, protecting the cardiovascular system, antibacterial. Thus the recent research literature was reviewed and summarized.
