标准化病人在大专护生临床技能考核中的应用 被引量:3

The Application of Standardized Patient in Nursing Students' Clinical Skills Examination at Junior College

摘要 目的探讨护理技能考核中标准化病人的培训及在大专护生临床技能考核中应用标准化病人的可行性,明确运用标准化病人在大专护生临床技能考核中的效果。方法选择我院2008级护理大专实习生48名,随机分为对照组和实验组各24名,实验组运用标准化病人进行临床技能考核,对照组采用传统考核方法,分析传统考核及标准化病人考核护生考核成绩护生满意度及教师对两组护生综合素质优良率的评价结果。结果比较两组护生考核成绩,实验组护生护理问诊、健康教育能力优于对照组,P<0.01,实验组护生病例分析操作技能优于对照组,P<0.05;实验组考核成绩及考核方法的满意度优于对照组护生,P<0.05,二者均具有统计学意义。教师对护生的综合素质评价,对照组为41.7%、37.5%、50%、50%、29.2%;实验组为70.8%、75%、62.5%、70.8%、83.3%,实验组明显优于对照组。结论 SP适合大专护生临床技能考核,应用标准化病人进行大专护生临床技能考核是科学有效的临床护理技能评价方法。 Objective To investigate the feasibility of training and using SP (standardized patients) in junior college nursing students' clinical skills examination, confirm the affectivity of SP and contribute to the reform of nursing examination methods. Methods A total of 48 junior college nursing students in class of 2008 were randomly divided medially into the control group and the experimental group, the experimental group's students were as-sessed by SP clinical skills, contrarily, the control group' s students were assessed by traditional methods. We analyzed the nursing students' score, de- gree of satisfaction of the two methods, and the good rate that the teachers assess comprehensive qualities. Results Nursing students' results in exams and satisfaction in experimental group are better than control group, both statistically significant. The evaluation on the experimental group students by teachers was significantly higher than the control group ones. Conclusion SP fits junior college nursing students' clinical skills exam. The application of SP for junior college nursing students' clinical skills exam is a scientific and effective method.
