摘要 目的探讨标准化患者(SP)在基础护理实践教学中的效果。方法将106名高护专业专科学生随机分为实验组及对照组各53人。对照组采用传统模型教学法,实验组应用标准化患者情景教学法。结果实验组操作考核总成绩以及各分项成绩,除操作准确与完整性和完成操作时间2项(均P>0.05)外,其它各项与对照组比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01);两组学生对教学方法评价的8项因子中,除掌握操作全程(P>0.05)外,其它7项因子比较,差异有显著性意义(均P<0.01)。结论标准化患者用于基础护理实践教学有利于增强学生的职业责任感,培养爱伤观念,激发其学习兴趣及提高交流沟通能力。 Objective To investigate the effects of standardized patient used in basic nursing practical teaching. Methods One hundred and six higher nursing college students were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group with 53 students and the control group with another 53 students. In the control group, the conventional model teaching method was applied, while in the experimental group the standardized patient (SP)method was used. Results Compared with the control group, the total and individual solves of the operation check in the experimental group were higher than in the contral group with the difference being significant (all P〈0.01), except the operation accuracy and operation time (P〉0.05), In the 8 items of the two group students, evaluation on teaching methods, except the whole course of operation (P〉0.05), there was significant difference in the remaining 7 items (all P〈0.01 ). Conclusion Applying SP in the basic nursing practical teaching is beneficial to strengthen students' professional responsibility, to' foster the sense of patient care, to arouse the study interest and to promote the ability of communication and mutual understanding.
