摘要 当前提出“以病人为中心”有其历史社会背景和新意义。对它认识要全面,不要简单化。其广泛含义应是为人民健康服务,如无宏观上改革调整,使人人享有卫生保健,就不能达到其根本目的。医生和病人是平等的,要尊重病人人格、尊严和应有权益,尽量为病人提供方便,但应符合病人根本利益;在医教研关系上医疗是基础、是中心,全院各部门都要为临床第一线服务;树立医疗整体思想,包括病人身、心(理)、社会统一,医疗中的预防观念,以及医院结构和工作的调整改革,从而提出了医院管理中当前的一些动向。 At present, the putting forward of the slogan “everything for the patient” has its historical and social background but with new significance. The slogan must not be seen one sidedly and simplisticly, whose general meaning is to serve the health need of the people well. Its basic aim can hardly be reached without macroreform and microrestructuring. The doctor and the patient are equal. The personal integrity and rights of the patient should be respected. The patient should be provided with every convenience as long as it is needed for the benefit of the patient. Among clinical service, medical teaching and scientific research, clinical service is the basis or the center, every department of the hospital should give full support to it. The holistic idea of clinical service ought to be established in which the body, mind and the social environment of the patient are to be treated as an interrealed whole.
