摘要
医院感染持续性质量管理是在全面质量管理基础上 ,对医疗工作进行医院感染过程管理和要素管理 ,保持不间断地医院感染监控 ,以提高医院感染控制质量。文章阐述了医院感染持续质量管理的实质及意义、主要方法及管理模式 ,对医院感染持续质量管理的关键问题即要素提取、采集、医院感染危险因素分析、医院感染预测、报警数学模型以及医院感染管理信息系统软件设计与编程进行了讨论。
By continued quality management of hospital infection, which is based on overall quality management, is meant the conduction of process management and essential factor management of hospital infection in medical work, maintenance of incessant hospital infection control and improvement of hospital infection control quality. The paper expounds the essence, significance, chief methods and management model of continued quality management of hospital infection and discusses some key issues relating to continued quality management of hospital infection. They include the collection of essential factors, the analysis of dangerous factors relating to hospital infection, hospital infection prediction, warning mathematical model, and the design and programming of hospital infection management information system software.
