主动脉内球囊反搏的护理进展 被引量:5

摘要 主动脉内球囊反搏(intra.aorticballonpump,IABP)是一种以左心室辅助功能为主的机械性循环装置。1958年Harken首次提出主动脉内球囊反搏的概念,1967年Kantrowitz首次在临床应用并获得成功。它是利用IABP球囊在心脏舒张期充盈,加大主动脉舒张压,从而改善冠状动脉的供血和心肌供氧;在心肌收缩前气囊放气,主动脉压力下降,心脏后负荷下降,从而降低氧耗,增加心排量,达到改善心功能的目的。
