摘要
在SMA混合料中掺加盐化物融雪剂,通过配合比设计及试验段的铺筑,提出了盐化物融雪剂应用的关键技术和施工控制要点。结果表明采用水泥罐车将盐化物打入拌合站粉罐后,由控制系统自动投放的方式切实可行,计量准确。盐化物抑制冰结的时效与路面空隙率有关,应严格控制混合料中粉料的含量及路面压实度,并采取必要措施解决混合料的离析。
Through adding snow-melting agent of substance in SMA mixture then by designing mixture ration and paving test road presents the application technology and key construction control points of snow-melting agent.of substance.The results show thant the way thant fill the substance into the powder tank of mixing station using cement tank and then automatically input it by control seystem is feasible and the measuremetnt is accurate.Sustance inhibiting the presciption of freezing is related with the pavement porosity so we should strctly control the content of the powder in mixture and the pavment copaction and take necessary measures to solve the segregation of mixture.
