摘要
为了探讨氯化钠、氯化钙、醋酸钠三种融雪剂的除雪效果及其对SBS改性沥青混合料性能的影响,采用融冰试验对不同温度和浓度的融冰质量进行检测,并利用一系列试验对不同融雪剂浓度下的混合料进行高温稳定性、低温抗裂性和水稳定性评价。试验结果表明:温度和融雪剂浓度对融冰效果影响显著,整体上氯化钠融冰效果更好;SBS改性沥青混合料的动稳定度、低温破坏应变和冻融劈裂强度比随着三种融雪剂浓度增大表现出降低趋势,且浓度大于10%或15%后幅度更显著,氯化钠的影响程度相对较小。综合融冰效果和路用性能影响规律,可优先考虑氯化钠融雪剂,且浓度建议为15%。
In order to investigate the snow removal effect of three snow melting agents,such as sodium chloride,calcium chloride and sodium acetate,and the influence on the performance of SBS modified asphalt mixture,ice melting test was used to detect the quality of melting ice at differenttemperatures and concentrations,a series of tests were used to evaluate the high temperature stability,low temperature crack resistance and water stability of the mixture under differentsnow melting agent concentrations.The test results show that the temperature and the concentration of the snow-melting agent have a significant effect on the ice-melting effect,and the ice-melting effect of sodium chloride is better on the whole.The dynamic stability,low temperature failure strain and freeze-thaw splitting strength ratio of SBS modified asphalt mixture all showed a decreasing trend with the increase of the three snow-melting agent concentrations,and the amplitude is more significant when the concentration is greater than 10%or 15%,and the influence of sodium chloride is relatively small.Comprehensively considering ice melting effect and road performance influence law,sodium chloride snow melting agent can be given priority,and the recommended concentration is 15%.
