摘要
介绍了北美道路防冰融雪技术的发展历程,对比分析了两种防冰雪材料即液体防冰剂和预湿固体化学剂的优缺点,分析了防冰策略的实施方案及其在美国的实践应用情况。该策略主要综合道路天气信息系统(Road Weather Information System,简称RWIS)和天气预报系统的信息,并结合实际情况确定防冰时间并选择合适且适量的防冰材料。从北美道路养护部门的防冰实践中总结出了实施主动型防冰策略的改进措施以及经验,为各地道路管理部门制定道路冬季养护方案提供参考,以实施符合自身实际的防冰策略。
The development of snow-melting technology in North America road is introduced,then the differences between the liquid chemical for anti-icing and solid chemical for pre-wetting is compared and analyzed,and the implementation of anti-icing strategies and its applications in America is analyzed. This strategy mainly combined the information of Road Weather Information System and Weather Information System,the proper time for anti-icing was determined and the adequate amount and type of anti-icing materials was selected according to factual situation. The improving measures and experience of active anti-icing strategies from the practices of road maintenance department in North America was summed up,which can provides reference for road management departments to formulate the road winter maintenance scheme,so as to implement appropriate anti-icing strategies.
