摘要
基于多媒体的现代教育技术日臻完善，充分利用多媒体技术和网络资源，对提高发酵工程课程的教学质量，具有不可替代的作用，也是我国当前高校课堂教学手段发展的必然趋势。在课程资料的收集、课堂教学的掌控、学生课后学习和师生互动等多个教学环节，多媒体技术手段都可以发挥其强大的功能，并使发酵工程课程的教学质量明显提高。
The inevitable trend of modem multimedia-based education technology is getting more sophisticated, full use of mul. tirnedia technology and network resources, to improve the quality of the fermentation engineering courses teaching has an irreplace- able role, is our current college classroom teaching methods development. Multiple teaching aspects of the collection of course ma- terials, control of classroom teaching, students, after-school learning and teacher-student interaction, multimedia technology can play its powerful features, and make the ＂fermentation engineering＂ courses, teaching quality has improved significantly.
