摘要
目的加强医院采购统合,提高科学管理,减少浪费。方法按照统筹兼顾、科学管理、保障有力的总体思路,成立设备、药品、通用为一体的"三合一"物资采购中心。结果采购中心成立6年来,节约经费,促进廉政建设,提高了工作效率。结论加强采购统合,提高科学管理是医院采购工作改革创新所需,也是医院建设和发展的需求。
Objective To strengthen hospital material centralized purchasing, improve the scientific man- agement and reduce waste. Methods Based on the purchasing principles as making plans roundly, managing sci- entifically, and supporting powerfully, a material purchasing center was set up which was charged with equipment, drugs and general materials purchasing in all. Results In the six years from the establishment of the center, the costs of material purchasing were cut down, the construction of clean ＆ honest administration were strengthened and the working efficiency was improved. Conclusions The application of integrated material purchasing reform can improve the management and work efficiency.
