摘要
目前 ,我军的政府采购尚处于试点摸索。军队医院是后勤保障社会化程度较高的单位之一 ,实行政府采购制度刻不容缓。为使军队医院适应社会主义市场改革 ,积极参与地方医疗市场的竞争 ;既面向部队 ,也面向市场。在保障部队 ,降低成本 ,提高效益 ,提供良好服务的前提下 。
The governmental purchase of our army is on trial stage presently. As one of the units with sound socialization of the logistic guarentee, the implementation of the governmental procurement policy for the military hospital is of urgency. In order to fit in with the socialism market reform, the military hospital should engage in the local competition of the medical treatment market, facing both army and market. On the premise of the guarantee army, depressed cost, raising benefit, providing with fine serving, the course of the government purchasing should be quicken in the military hospital.
