摘要
本文分析军队医院加强物资采购质量的重要意义及影响因素,认为通过健全物资采购管理机制、提高采购人员综合素质、规范采购人员采购行为、强化物资采购入库验收等做法,能够有效保证物资采购质量。
The significances and influence factors were analyzed of the materials purchasing quality in army hospitals.And then the measures to improve purchasing quality were proposed as perfecting the management mechanism,improving the comprehensive quality of purchasing staff,standardizing the purchasing behavior of purchasing staff and strengthening the warehouse-entry inspection of materials purchasing,etc.
