摘要
本文运用文献法,调查法和分析法对我国高校篮球团体凝聚力的培养探索,在当前高校篮球发展过程中凝聚力是球队重要培养的策划,研究结果表明:高校篮球教练员学历不高,训练系统化没有明确,科研人员没有及时和队员沟通,学校的配备没有完善,经费缺乏,球队要想提高比赛成绩,竞争性,欣赏性,凝聚力是一条重要思想,也可以把教练员的教学手段相结合在一起,因此,通过调查,分析出现的问题,提出相应培养凝聚力的方法,为提高高校排球队凝聚力提供参考。
Use of literature, survey and analysis of China＇s college basketbal group cohesion culture to explore cohesion in the development process of the college basketbal team an important culture in the planning, the results show that： by the Chinese women＇s volleyball, the University the coaches are not well educated, there is no clear training systematic failure to make timely, researchers and players, the school with no sound, lack of funding, the team in order to improve race performance, competitive, and appreciate the nature of the cohesion of the important thinking of the group one can also coaches teaching methods combined, therefore, through surveys, the analysis of problem, the corresponding cohesive culture, provide a reference to improve the col- lege volleyball team cohesion.
