摘要
研究鲍鱼内脏多糖的吸湿性、保湿性和抗紫外活性,制备添加鲍鱼内脏多糖的水洗面膜。结果表明:低湿度(RH43%)条件下,鲍鱼内脏多糖样品吸湿率和保湿率优于高湿度(RH81%)条件,高于聚乙二醇,低于甘油;鲍鱼内脏多糖样品吸湿率61.65%,保湿率167.46%。高湿度(RH43%)条件下,鲍鱼内脏多糖样品吸湿率20.73%,保湿率123.36%。鲍鱼内脏多糖具有较好的抗紫外UVA和UVB的能力。制备的鲍鱼内脏多糖水洗面膜感官及理化指标符合QB/T 2872-2007,具有很好的离心稳定性。
Hygroscopicity, moisture retention and ysaccharides from abalone viscera were studied. the fuction to resist the ultraviolet (UV) rays of polThe mask containing potysaccharides from abalone viscera was prepared. The result suggested that the polysaccharides had higher hygroscopicity and moisture retention in low humidity (RH43 %) than in high humidity (RH81%), and the polysaccharides had higher hygroscopicity and moisture retention than polyethylene glycol and glycerol in low humidity(RH43 %). In low humidity(RH43%), hygroscopicity and moisture retention of the polysaccharides were up to 61.65% and 167.46%, respectively. In high humidity(RHS1%), hygroscopicity and moisture retention of the polysaccharides were up to 20.73% and 123.36%. The function of the polysaccharides in resisting the ultraviolet (UV) rays was stronger in UVA and UVB. The sensory and physicochemical indexes of the mask containing polysaccharides from abalone viscera accord with QB/T 2872-2007. In addtion the mask has strong centrifugal stability.
