摘要
用水貂肠炎病毒免疫蛋鸡制备卵黄抗体 ,结果表明 ,经 5次免疫制备的卵黄抗体 ,于最后一次免疫第 10天AGP效价达 1 32 ;第 30天效价为 1 8。该抗体较稳定 ,4℃保存 12 0天、- 2 0℃保存 180天效价不变。用该抗体治疗细小病毒肠炎病犬 ,治愈率达 93 .9% ,证实用水貂肠炎病毒制备卵黄抗体是成功的 。
Lay eggs chicken were immunized with mink Enteritis Virus to prepare Yolk antibody,The result shows that yolk antibody titer of AGP is 132 at 10th day after of last one immunity of 5 times immunity and titer is 18 at 30thd.The antibody is stable,titer is not change at 4℃120d and -20℃180d storage.Parvovirus infected ill dogs were cured with the antibody,Cure rate is 93.9%,It confirmed that prepared yolk antibody with mink Enteritis Virus is successful.It may be used to cure dog Parvovirus enteritis.
