摘要
试验结果证明,应用自制的双价高免卵黄抗体治疗和预防鸡传染性法氏囊病(IBD)和新城疫(ND)有显著效果。用此药1只份(ml/只)使用1次,预防IBD 的保护率达100%,用于治疗本病的疗效达87.25%。用于ND 的预防,其保护率达75%～80%,治疗本病的疗效达70%。应用双价高免卵黄抗体经济效益显著,安全性好,无副作用,无毒害反应,且取材容易,制造工艺简便,使用方便,易在基层鸡场推广应用,是当前一种理想的控制IBD 和ND 两种疫病的有效药物。
The result suggests that the protection rate and the curative effect reach respectively
100% and 87.25% for infectious bursal disease(IBD)and 75%～80% and 70% for newcastles
disease(ND)when double antibodies of hyperimmunized yolk are used at 1ml per chicken per occu-
rance.Double hyperimmunized yolk antibodies have effective results and adequate safety without
deleterious effect or poisonous reaction.They can be used both for prevention and emergent treat-
ment.The pervention and cure of both IBD and ND with double hyperimmunized yolk antibodies
conform to scientific principles.The material is easily obtained and the manufacturing thchnology is
readily available.
