摘要
环糊精及其衍生物具有独特的结构和特殊的性质,在许多领域被广泛应用并迅速发展。本文分析了环糊精及其衍生物的结构性质,并综述了其在手性分离、中药制剂、环境领域和食品工业研究中的应用。
There were special structures and properties of eyelodextrins （CDs） including native and derivatives which were widely used in many areas. The structures and properties of CDs and its derivates were analyzed in this paper. And the application of CDs and derivates on the study of chiral separation, chinese traditional medicine, environmental protection, and food industry.
