摘要
以太子参无菌苗为外植体,诱导获得不定根后对不同种类和不同质量浓度的生长素进行优化试验,并对太子参不定根增殖生长培养进行了研究。结果表明:诱导其不定根生长最适宜的培养基为MS+3.0mg/L IBA+0.5mg/L KT+0.2mg/L NAA;在不定根离体增殖培养方式中,500mL三角瓶液体震荡培养增殖倍数最大,高达75.90倍;5L鼓泡式反应器培养净增长量最大,高达141.56g。
Taking Pseudostellaria heterophylla seedling as materials, different kinds and different concentrations of auxin were optimized after inducing adventitious roots, and the adventitious roots induction and proliferation culture of Pseudostellaria heterophylla were studied. The results showed that the best media for adventitious roots induction was MS+3. 0 mg/L IBA+0. 5 mg/L KT+0. 2 mg/L NAA;in the process of adventitious roots induction,500 mL erlemeyer flask shake culture had the most proliferation muhiple,with 75. 90;5 L bubble reactor for more oxygen value-added had the best effect on the growth of adventitious roots,and could reach 141.50 g.
