摘要
现代远程开放教育的办学形式突破了时空限制,使求学者在一定的条件下随时随地选择适合自己的学习活动,很适合边疆地区的少数民族学员,给他们创造了接受高等教育的均等机会。本文基于现代远程开放教育的特点,结合我国边疆少数民族地区的实际和蒙汉双语教育的特殊性,提出了少数民族现代远程开放教育教学模式构建的基本要素及其实现条件,阐述了相关条件建设是确保教学模式运行的基础与保障。
The school running mode of modern distance open education breaks through the constraints of time and space,making the learners to select suitable learning activities in certain conditions at any time and place.The mode is very suitable for minority students who live in border areas,and gives them equal opportunity to accept higher education.Based on the characteristics of the modern distance open education,and combined with the reality in border and minority area of China and the particularity of bilingual education in Mongolian and Chinese,this essay puts forward the basic elements and the realization conditions to construct the modern minority distance open education teaching mode and also states that the construction of relevant condition is the foundation and guarantee of the teaching mode operating smoothly.
