摘要
民族教育是我国整个教育事业的重要组成部分,也是民族工作的重要内容。新中国成立以来,我国的民族教育法制建设取得了巨大的成就,保障和促进了我国民族教育事业的发展。但是,从总体上看,民族教育法制建设还落后于民族教育自身的发展,现有的民族教育法规已远远不能满足民族教育发展的需要。因此,加强民族教育的立法工作,是当前发展我国民族教育的当务之急,是实现民族教育跨越式发展的关键之举。
The education for ethnic minorities is the important part of the whole education of our country as well as the important content of the ethnic work. Since the founding of the People＇ s Republic of China, the legal construction of the education for ethnic minorities has made a great achievements. Guaranteed and accelerated the development of the education for ethnic minorities. But in general, the legal construction of the education for ethnic minorities has still fallen behind the development of the education for ethnic minorities itself＇. The present statutes of the education for ethnic minorities can not meet the needs of the development of the education for ethnic minorities. To Strengthen the Legislative Work of the Education for Ethnic Minorities is a top priorty. And it is the vital step of realizing quick development of the education for ethnic minorities.
