摘要
本文从国内外教育改革进程、社会需求及社会成员学习需求的变化、开放教育试点发展等方面说明了开放教育教学改革的动力所在;指出了开放教育教学改革的重点和难点主要有内容(专业及课程资源)、模式(教学及管理模式)和机制(运行机制)三个方面;提出了以开放教育的关键元素——课程为中心,以搭建一个适应社会经济发展、满足学习者自我设计和终身学习需要的模块化、多层次、多通道的立体化课程平台为抓手,进行开放教育教学改革的基本思路,阐述和分析了课程平台的结构、功能和运行机制与规则。
this article explains the driving force of the teaching reform of distance education and points out the three difficulties in the reform——the teaching resources, the teaching and management mode and the operating mechanism. It argues that the reform should be centered around the key factor of DE——the courses, and should be aimed at building a modulized, multi-layer and multi-channel teaching platform that could satisfy the students' needs for self-design and lifelong learning.
