缩宫素受体在子宫内膜异位症中的表达及与疼痛的相关性研究被引量：4

摘要目的:探讨缩宫素受体在子宫内膜异位症中的表达情况及其对疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2006年7月-2011年12月于本院进行治疗的65例子宫内膜异位症患者为观察组,同期于本院进行检查诊断的65例子宫内膜健康人为对照组,将两组的缩宫素受体、环氧化酶-2及雌激素受体表达情况进行比较。结果:观察组缩宫素受体、环氧化酶-2及雌激素受体阳性表达率均高于对照组,且观察组中异位内膜高于在位内膜,VAS评分重度疼痛患者高于无痛、轻度及中度疼痛患者(P<0.05)。结论:缩宫素受体在子宫内膜异位症中呈现高表达的情况,且表达越高疼痛越严重。
