艾滋病相关血小板减少和CD4细胞数量的关系 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨艾滋病相关血小板减少与CD4细胞数量的关系。方法:对2005年12月-2009年4月笔者所在中心收治的146例AIDS患者的临床资料进行统计分析,观察CD4细胞计数与血小板减少症发生率的关系、血小板减少症与CD4细胞计数的关系及治疗前后血小板计数及CD4细胞的变化情况。结果:细胞计数<200×106/L中血小板减少症的发生率为33.68%,明显高于细胞计数>200×106/L的为13.72%(P<0.05);血小板减少症患者的CD4细胞计数明显低于正常组(P<0.05);经抗病毒治疗后血小板计数及CD4细胞数均较治疗前有明显提高(P<0.01)。结论:AIDS相关血小板减少与CD4细胞数量有着密切关系,临床可通过血小板计数判断CD4水平,预测AIDS患者免疫功能变化及病情的发展程度。通过采用抗逆转录病毒治疗,可改善AIDS相关血小板减少患者的预后。
