摘要
我国退役运动员就业难的问题日趋明显,其原因比较复杂,有其自身的文化素质不高、就业期望过大、就业准备不足等主观因素,也有社会大环境的经济体制变革、城镇富裕劳动力增多等客观原因。近年来,在国家体育总局的有力指导、兄弟省份的先进经验特别是福建省积极探索多渠道解决退役运动员就业问题的办法和途径等方面,有很多有益启示,据此本文提出了解决退役运动员就业难的指导对策,以期对改善我国退役运动员的就业状况能有所帮助。
The problem of employment is becoming more and more obvious of the retired athletes in China, the rea- son is complex. It has subjective factors as its own cultural quality is not high, expectation of employment is too high and lack of employment preparation. And it also has objective reasons as the economic system reform of social environment and rich labor increased in town. In recent years, under the powerful guidance of General Administration of Sport of China and the advanced experience of other provinces especially on the ways of explore many channels actively to solves the employment problem. It offers much beneficial enlightenment. This paper put forward to the guidance countermeasures to solve the difficult employment problem of retired athletes, in order to improve the employment status of the retired athletes.
