摘要
长期以来,我国体育系统自办运动员文化教育的体制脱离了文化教育的大环境,运动员的文化教育得不到保证,这已经深深地影响到了退役运动员的就业安置问题。本文提出了退役运动员继续教育的概念,并通过对影响继续教育问题的外部、内部因素的分析,提出了退役运动员继续教育的建议,得出了运动员文化教育的过渡模型。
