摘要
以山东省高水平退役运动员为研究对象,深入调查了其再就业状况,并综合分析了影响再就业的相关因素,得出以下结论:新时期山东省退役运动员的再就业发生了较大转变;理念滞后、管理缺位、准备不足是阻碍运动员成功再就业的重要因素;现有运动员培养模式依然是导致再就业难的根源;退役运动员再就业问题亟待多方合力。因此,建议进一步改革、完善退役运动员再就业的组织管理工作;实现再就业服务的社会化、专业化;以全面发展为宗旨,引导、帮助退役运动员为再就业做好调整和准备;依托运动员特有资源,拓展其再就业空间与渠道;完善信息传递工作,疏通信息渠道;加强退役运动员职业转换研究;提高社会对退役运动员的关注和需求。
This paper takes the re-employment condition of the retired high level athletes as the study object,analyzes the influence factors of their re-employment and comes up to the following conclusions： 1） The re-employment condition of the retired athletes of Shandong province changed a lot during the new stage.2） The backward ideas,vacancy of management and the insufficiency of preparation are important factors which influence the successful re-employment of the athlete;3） The existing athletes training mode is still the root of employment problem;4） The question of the athlete re-employment is urgently awaiting the joint effort of every aspect.Therefore,we should further the reform,strengthen the organization management work of the retired athlete＇s re-employment,achieve the socialized and professional re-employment service,follow the goal of comprehensive development,guide and help the adaptation and preparation of the re-employment of the retired athletes,base on the typical resources of athletes to expand its space and channel of re-employment,improve information sharing,open the information channels,enhance the career change research of the retired athletes and pay more attention to the focus and demand of the society to the retired athletes.
