摘要
目的 正交试验法探讨心乐片中挥发性成分β 环状糊精的包裹工艺。 方法 包裹物挥发油含量作为本实验考察指标 ,考察了 β CD的用量、混合方式、包裹时间、β CD与水配比量 4个因素。 结果 最佳包裹工艺条件为A2 B2 C3 D1,即挥发油∶β CD∶水按 1∶6∶2 0 0的比例 ,用胶体磨混合 30min的包裹工艺为最佳。结论 经差热分析 ,包裹物为一新的物相。
OBJECTIVE To explore the packing technology of B CD—the volatile ingredient of Xinle tablet with orthogonal test. METHOD The content of volatile oil in the packed substance is taken as the index of the test. The 4 factors, including the dosage of B CD, the mode of mix, the time of packing and the ratio of B CD and water, are all considered. RECULT The best condition of packing technology is A 2B 2C 3D 1, which means the ratio of volatile oil, B CD and water is 1:6:200, the mode of mix is colloid mill and the time of pack is 30 min. CONCLUSION By differential thermal analysis, the packed substance is proved to be a new image.
