摘要
本实验比较了β-环状糊精包封中药材中挥发油三种包封方法的包封率。结果表明:气-液法的包封率与饱和水溶液法相比没有明显的差别P>0.05。而液-液法的包封率显著大于饱和水溶液包封法P<0.01。
A comparison has been made of the enveloping rate of volatile oil by three different methods with β-cyelodextrin. The result indicates that the saturated Water solution enveloping method is very close to the gas-liquid enveloping method, P>0.05, but the liquid-liquid enveloping method is apparently higher than the saturated water solution enveloping method, P<0.01.
