应用气相色谱测定化妆品中β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇与菜油甾醇的方法研究 被引量:5

Study On the Determination of β-Sitosterol,Stigmasterol and Campesterol in Cosmetics by Gas Chromatography with Flame Ionization Detection

摘要 建立了以气相色谱定量测定化妆品中β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇和菜油甾醇3种植物甾醇含量的方法。化妆品样品以5-α-胆甾烷为内标,通过氢氧化钾-乙醇溶液皂化、正己烷提取、硅烷化衍生后,采用毛细管气相色谱柱分离,氢火焰离子化检测器(FID)定量检测。3种植物甾醇的线性相关系数(R2)均>0.9990,以信噪比S/N=3计算的β-谷甾醇、豆甾醇和菜油甾醇最低检出浓度分别为1.06 mg/L、0.86 mg/L和0.78 mg/L,样品加标回收率在76%~118%之间,相对标准偏差为0.8%~6.1%。 A method for simultaneous determination of β-sitosterol,stigmasterol and campesterol in cosmetics was established using capillary gas chromatography.The samples,with 5α-cholestane added as an internal standard,were saponified with potassium hydroxide in ethanolic solution,followed by hexane extraction and trimethylsilyl ether derivatization,and were finally detected by FID.The correlation coefficients of three kinds of phytosterols were all over 0.9990,the recoveries were between 76% and 118%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD) ranged from 0.8% to 6.1%.
